Canada Captures Gold!

CONCACAFW15-LogoCanada’s U15 Girls Team capped off an undefeated tournament by capturing Gold at the inaugural CONCACAF U15 Girls Championships in the Cayman Islands. The Final versus Haiti ended in a 1:1 draw, so penalty kicks determined the winner with Canada showing great composure by scoring all of their kicks. This is a great achievement by the young Canadian girls and our congratulations go out to Head Coach, Bev Priestman and her staff. MUFC is very proud to have been well represented in this group.

Concacaf-MUFC-GirlsLee Tregonning served as a Technical Assistant while three of our players, Camila Gomez-Hernandez, Julia Grosso and Emma Regan made massive contributions to the success of the team. Well done Canada and MUFC!
