  The service and technician ( Eric ) was very good. They came on time and fixed the problem I was having. I was given 3 options. My only concern was the price, which was very expensive. The invoice did not break down cost of parts, labour etc. but was just a total dollar amount. The estimate if I had no work done was $140. At least that was waived when I agreed to have the job done. So, I have no way of knowing if I really got value for my money . I asked if there was a senior discount, there is none.
