  I am flabbergasted. I was lucky to say. So how am I billed. Invoice or email. He said no we do the job and you pay in hand before we leave. I said oh. I wasn't told that when I booked the appointment. He said well that's how buisness works. No sir. I just had a hot water boiler tank replaced and they invoiced me in 3 days and I paid the bill . Not in NL he says. You need to learn business. I do the work and you can't pay your bills then how do I get paid. I said I am the person in site. I am not the homeowner. I said I should have been told that . He then continued to tell me thank you for wasting my time and my fuel. Crooked old man. If I was a man standing there he definitely wouldn't have treated me so terrible .
