Flow Martial Arts

Flow Martial Arts is Vancouver, BC's newest training facility at Kingsway and Knight st. We offer kids Karate and Brazilian JIu Jitsu ages 4+ as well as adult Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing class' 6 days per week. We focus on teaching students a positive mental attitude, a growth mindset and give them tools such as discipline, respect and focus so that they improve in martial arts and in life.
