  We called Nanaimo Excavating to quote a trenching job to install a new water line from the street to our home. The City told us the leak at the street meter was on our side so we followed through with a plumber and excavator. Lorant (from Nanaimo Excavation) did a thorough check, draining accumulated water, checking/videoing the meter reading. He suggested calling back the City as it appeared the leak was actually on their side. He was right! Because of his thoroughness and integrity we were saved at least $4000. It would have been easy not to be honest - we are no leaky meter experts! So, our thanks and highest recommendations to Nanaimo Excavation Ltd.
