Through commissioning, producing and connecting photography projects and practioners Photo: wants to encourages dialogue, exchange, learning and participation. Photo: develops photography projects that deal with socio-political contexts and frameworks, to elucidate current social and political concerns and the politics of aesthetics. Central to its vision, is the idea that photography can be a delicate tool for social change
