STURGEON KENDO CLUB teaches the traditional Japanese martial art of Kendo: the way of the sword. Practitioners of Kendo use bamboo swords called shinai to strike 5 main targets.We are a member of the Canadian Kendo Federation and the International Kendo Federation (FIK).
