  Had screen replaced phone was still acting up, took it back and he tells me needs a new battery, proceeds to put a new battery in then tells me new battery comes with your screen, and I'm not going to charge you wait a minute, if a new battery came with my screen, why didn't you put it in the first time check, make sure you get your new battery when you purchase a new screen, they keep them and sell them and make money. Don't trust

  We kept getting low battery alerts from our security system. As we are seniors with mobility issues, we cannot change batteries so I asked for a technician to come and do this. Service person said they couldn't. They would have to upgrade whole system. I will be canceling their service
