De plus la recherche des fournisseurs du Régime canadien de soins dentaires (RCSD) se restreint a un périmètre de X kilomètres de mon adresse pour éviter les encombrements et qui exclu l'accessibilité du Dr Pierre Fréchette.   Dr. Yim is very good as usual but I must say I did not appreciate his new gal. Plus I had to come back in the afternoon for a 4:00 appointment & they did not take me until 4:45. Did not enjoy having to wait that long when I had an appointment

  This dental office is too busy. Go elsewhere. I had a cleaning scheduled for May 22 2024. For medical reasons, I could not attend and informed the person on the phone that I could not attend and she said "I can book you in for our next opening NEXT YEAR! So then it would be over a year for a cleaning. I can imagine how much extra dental work would be required by that time. This clinic is always asking for new patients but cannot service their existing patients. Do not believe people's 5 star reviews. People are bribed for a good review by getting extra entries into their quarterly draw for prizes. You get bonus entries if you recommend new patients. Remember that when you do this; you are creating longer delays for your own needs. I found a spot of reviews by staff members. (needed a Google Account to read them all but I could read the top one.) It backs up everything I have said here. They performed a procedure on me while I was frozen once and did not inform me. I had to argue with them to remove the charge for this unauthorized procedure. They are all about the money and do not really care about their patients. I wish I could give lower than a one!

  I'm glad I took the advice of a coworker on her recommendation of McKenzie Dental as a clinic for my dental needs. I was so well treated and cared for on both of my first two visits. I definitely will be going back for more work that needs to be done in the near future.

  Dr. Kirk Sutton is definitely the best prosthodontist (and dentist) I have ever met in my long seventy years of dealing with my teeth problems in Canada, Europe, and Mexico. He is extremely professional, perfectionist to the tiniest detail, his bed manners are exquisite (always carefully explaining before proceeding), his openness and generosity are outstanding. May he be blessed and always be successful in his career and in his life.
